Welcome to Munasabati ("the App"), owned and operated by Monasabati for digital designs, based in the State of Qatar. By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.
2. Services Provided
- Ready-made Designs: Pre-designed templates available for immediate purchase.
- New Designs: Custom templates created upon request. Estimated delivery: 3-5 business days, subject to availability and workload.
- Distribution: Tools to share digital cards through social or messaging platforms.
3. User Accounts & Security
- Registration: Users must provide accurate and current information, including name, phone number, and email.
- Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
- Age Restriction: The App is suitable for all ages (4+). Users under 18 must have parental or guardian consent to use payment features.
4. Orders, Pricing, and Payments
- Currency: All prices are listed in Qatari Riyal (QAR).
- Payments: Payments are processed securely through third-party providers. Munasabati does not store full credit card details.
- Finality of Sale: Because the products are digital, all sales are final once a design is purchased and generated or downloaded.
5. Content Accuracy & User Responsibility
- The App generates designs based on the text you enter. You are responsible for all names, dates, venue details, and spelling.
- Unless explicitly stated in a premium package, purchased designs cannot be modified after generation.
- We reserve the right to refuse offensive, political, or illegal content under Qatari law.
6. Intellectual Property Rights
- All templates, artwork, graphics, and code are the exclusive property of Monasabati for digital designs.
- Upon purchase, you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the design for your specific event.
- You may not resell, redistribute, or commercially use the designs without prior written consent.
7. Future AI Features (Beta Disclaimer)
Munasabati may introduce AI-powered features such as OCR or automated scheduling. AI results may not be fully accurate, and users must review extracted data before relying on it.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Monasabati for digital designs shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the App, user-submitted event-detail errors, or service interruptions caused by maintenance or force majeure.
9. Dispute Resolution
- Step 1 — Informal Resolution: The parties agree to attempt to resolve disputes amicably within 30 days of written notice sent to support@monasabati.qa.
- Step 2 — Legal Proceedings: If not resolved informally, disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the State of Qatar.
- Governing Law: These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Qatar.
